A lovely garage conversion we completed earlier in the year.
We transformed this garage into a bedroom and bathroom, installed new composite access door on the side and installed a window on the front of the original garage opening.
We also installed oak doors to match the rest of the house with the one between the bedroom and existing house being a fire door to comply with regulations and lastly installed a Oake and Grey click floor.

Another finished job in Kington. We replaced fences on all sides using 6’ feather edge on top of a 6x1 gravel board to protect them. We also built and installed a pair of gates.
We then transformed the end of the garden by laying Raj Indian Sandstone and then pointed with a grey resin.
Access for this job was difficult as everything had to be lifted over the wall and access to the garden was up a ladder and over a wall, but here at Sam Taylor Building Services, everything’s possible!
​This is a lovely mezzanine we have created using reclaimed church pews from the early 1900s from the original chapel. The customer made the decision to use these to keep the original character of the building and we couldn’t agree with them more. A lovely contrast of new and old in this build.
